lav8 (“we”, “us”) helps creators and their teams plan, produce, and manage content and partnerships. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Account info — name, email, account type, profile details, and team/collaborator relationships.
• Connected platform data — when you connect Google/YouTube, Meta/Instagram, or others, we access data you authorize (e.g., channel/profile info, video metadata, analytics, comments) via their APIs to power features like insights, scheduling, and repurposing.
• Content you provide — ideas, scripts, uploads, documents, reviews, messages, and CRM/deal records.
• Usage data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

To provide and improve the Service: generate insights and AI outputs, schedule and publish where you direct, manage tasks/productions/CRM, power the creator network, send transactional emails (e.g., team invites), and maintain security. We do not sell your personal information.

Google/YouTube & Meta data

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access Meta Platform data only as authorized by you and in line with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You can revoke our access at any time through the platform’s security settings or by disconnecting in-app; revoking stops further access and we delete associated tokens.

Sharing

We share data only: with team members and collaborators you authorize within your workspace or a production; with service providers (e.g., hosting, AI processing, email, payment processors like Stripe/Shopify) under contract; or when required by law. AI features may process your content via our model providers solely to generate your requested output.

Retention & security

We retain data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No system is perfectly secure.

Your rights & choices

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data, disconnect platform integrations, and close your account. To request deletion, disconnect the integration and contact us; we will delete associated data except where retention is legally required.

Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
