Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
lav8 (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) is a creator operations platform. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Account types (creator, agent, manager, lawyer, agency, accounting, brand) may have different features. You may invite team members and collaborators; you are responsible for their use of your workspace.
3. Connected platforms
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (including Google/YouTube and Meta/Instagram) via their APIs. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective platform’s terms, including the YouTube API Services Terms and the Google Privacy Policy. You authorize us to access and process data from connected accounts to provide the Service, and you may revoke access at any time via the platform’s security settings or by disconnecting within the app.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: violate any law or third-party rights; upload malicious code; scrape or abuse the Service or connected APIs; post defamatory, harassing, or knowingly false content (including in community reviews); impersonate others; or attempt to gain unauthorized access. Community reviews must reflect genuine, good-faith experiences.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to operate the Service for you and your authorized team. AI-generated outputs (scripts, thumbnails, clips) are provided for your use; you are responsible for reviewing them and for compliance before publishing.
6. Payments
Paid features, where offered, are billed as described at purchase. Brand affiliate/conversion tracking may involve third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, Shopify) under their own terms.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any particular results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the prior twelve months.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
